Hardin Joins Bobcats

Banner Elk, N.C.--Sean Hardin of Camden, Delaware has signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Lees-McRae men's basketball team for the 2008-09 season as announced by Head Coach Scott Polsgrove. The 6'5 wing/forward player averaged a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds per game his senior year at Caesar Rodney High School.

A two-year starter, Hardin was named captain of the Riders' squad for his final season where he not only averaged his double-double, but also averaged eight assists, five steals and two blocks per game. He also was named to the Keystone State Basketball Camp All-Star Team and won the Alumni Dunk Contest.

"Sean is a great late addition to our team," commented Coach Polsgrove on his most recent addition to Bobcats. "He is a very good athlete who will provide quality depth for us at the 3 or 4 position."

Hardin joins Kyle Boardman (Clemmons, N.C.), Anthony Johnson (Duncan, S.C.), and Vlady Nikolov (Sofia, Bulgaria) for the 2008 recruitng class.
