    GREENWOOD, Ind. – Lees-McRae College men’s soccer player Johannes Oeksnevad has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team by the organization on Thursday afternoon. Oeksnevad, who was the only men’s soccer player from Conference Carolinas to be honored, is the third men’s soccer player in the past three seasons to be named to the team following Pol Vassart in 2018 and Tom Deeley in 2017.

    BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Lees-McRae College men’s soccer team will wrap up its 2019 regular season with three matches over the next seven days. First, the Bobcats will travel to Tennessee to take on King on Wednesday before hosting Barton on Saturday and Belmont Abbey on Monday. Wednesday’s match, which will take place at Tennessee High School in Bristol, will begin at 7:30 p.m., while Saturday’s and Monday’s matches are scheduled for 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. kickoff times, respectively.
