Men’s Tennis falls to Barton, 8-1

BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Lees-McRae College men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to Barton Sunday afternoon in Banner Elk. The loss moves LMC's records to 1-13 overall and 0-8 in Conference Carolinas play this spring.  

Gabriel Muniz picked up the point for the Bobcats in Sunday's match against the Bulldogs. Muniz won the first set 6-1 before he won the second set due to Barton's player retiring due to injury. The win moves Muniz's record to 4-10 on the season, which leads LMC in wins in 2018.
