BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Lees-McRae College men's volleyball team will be back in action on Saturday when it hosts Lincoln Memorial at Williams Gymnasium. First serve between the Bobcats and Railsplitters is set for 2 p.m.

Last time out – In their last match on February 27, the Bobcats dropped a three-set contest to conference rival King University (25-15, 25-14, 25-19). The loss moves Lees-McRae's record to 1-12 overall and 0-10 within Conference Carolinas action.

Top 20 in the nation – Junior Chris Woolslayer has been one of the more productive players in the nation this season when it comes to digs per set. The Doylestown, Pennsylvania native currently ranks 17th nationally averaging 2.23 digs per frame. If Woolslayer can keep up at this current pace, his 2.23 digs per set number would rank sixth all-time in the history of the program for a single season.

Finally back home – Saturday's match against Lincoln Memorial will mark one full month between home matches for the Bobcats. After Saturday, however, that trend will change as five of the team's last nine matches of the season will occur at Williams Gymnasium.

About Lincoln Memorial – The Railsplitters are currently 10-6 on the 2019 season. LMU, which is in the midst of a three-match winning streak, has been a completely different team when it plays away from home. Playing on their home floor, the Railsplitters are 8-0, but in away or neutral site tilts they are a combined 2-6.

Series History vs. Lincoln Memorial – Lees-McRae is 1-2 all-time against Lincoln Memorial. The Bobcats won the only matchup to occur in Banner Elk back in 2017 with the Railsplitters coming out on top in both matches in Harrogate, Tennessee.
