    LMC Softball has eight home games on tap this week BANNER ELK, N.C. – After playing the first 30 games of its season on the road, the Lees-McRae College softball team will make its debut on its home field this week with eight games over the span of six days beginning Tuesday. LMC will begin the week with a twin bill against Converse Tuesday before taking on Belmont Abbey Friday, Pfeiffer Saturday and Columbia (S.C.) on Sunday. The games on Tuesday and Saturday are set for a 1 p.m. first pitch, and the games on Friday and Sunday are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
