BANNER ELK, N.C. - The Lees-McRae College women's basketball team plays its fourth straight home game against Montreat College on Monday (Nov. 26) at 7 p.m., before traveling to Emmanuel (Ga.) on Saturday (Dec. 1) to open Conference Carolinas play with a 2 p.m. tipoff. About the Bobcats - The Bobcats come into the week at 2-3 overall after dropping their last two games at home. LMC enters the week eighth in Conference Carolinas in scoring at 67.5 points per game, while also allowing 74.0 points per game. The Bobcats are fourth in the league in rebounding grabbing 41.8 boards per game, while allowing opponents 54.0 rebounds per game. LMC is also 10th in the league in shooting at 34.6 percent, while also being sixth in the league from long range at 30.1 percent. Meg Crawford leads the team in scoring at 12.8 points per game, while Brea Forbes averages 12.2 and Markia Stacey also scores 11.4 points per game. Crawford's 8.8 rebounds per game lead the team and are also tied for fourth in the conference, while Forbes is second on the team pulling down 6.6 rebounds per game. Emmanuel (Ga.) enters the week at 3-2 overall with Saturday's matchup with LMC serving as their Conference Carolinas opener. The Lions host Young Harris on Tuesday (Nov. 27) before welcoming LMC.
