Bobcats head to Lincoln Memorial Wednesday

BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Lees-McRae College women's lacrosse team will travel to Lincoln Memorial Wednesday for a non-conference contest. The Bobcats and Railsplitters are scheduled to get underway at 4:30 p.m.

Last Time Out – Lees-McRae dropped a 14-13 decision at Emmanuel (GA) College last Saturday. With the loss, the Bobcats are now 3-8 overall and 2-7 in conference play.

Career Day – Constance Madden scored a career-high five points (4g, 1a) against the Lions Saturday afternoon. The five points for the Stuart, Fla. native was third-highest point total for a Bobcat this season.  

Player to Watch – Junior Peyton LeCompte has led LMC with 10 goals in the last four games, including three three-goal performances. LeCompte currently leads the Bobcats with 30 points on the season (26g, 4a).      

Series Rewind – Wednesday's matchup between the Bobcats and Railsplitters will be the first ever meeting between the two programs.
