Lees-McRae Rallies in Singles to Beat Coker, 6-3

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Trailing 2-1 after the doubles matches, the Lees-McRae College Lady Bobcats women's tennis team won five of the six singles matches for a 6-3 win over the Coker College Lady Cobras Saturday afternoon.

With the win, the Lady Bobcats improve to 3-1 on the year and 1-0 in the Conference Carolinas.

Gabriela Celi continues her run at the number one singles with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Racheal Lemar to improve her individual win streak to four matches.

Cameron Joyce and Celi were the only Lady Bobcat combination to win their doubles match with an 8-4 win.

The Lady Bobcats will travel to Division I UNC-Asheville Sunday, March 1st for their next match.
