CONCORD, N.C. --- Cody McNeely and Alexandria Flint paced their respective squads while the Lees-McRae cross country teams ran in the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships Friday afternoon at Frank Liske Park in Concord, N.C.
King (Tenn.) claimed the women's team title with 47 points while Mount Olive (74) and Limestone (104) rounded out the top-three.
Erskine senior Marlee Rhodes cruised to the individual by blistering her closest competitor by 23 seconds.
Flint (Blue Bell, Pa.) led the Bobcats with a time of 20:54.30 to claim 27th while freshman teammate Jamie Colon (Acworth, Ga.) turned in a time of 21:37.30.
Freshman Makayla Estep (Moravian Falls, N.C.) needed 22:01.10 to complete the 5K course.
LMC finished 10th overall.
McNeely (Salisbury, N.C.) was the top finisher on the men's side with a time of 28:21.20. Sophomore Anthony Carroll (Stevensville, Md.) was close behind after completing the 8K course in 28:36.30.
Freshman Joshua Dowds (Birmingham, Ala.) finished the course in 29:20.40.
Mount Olive claimed the team title with an impressive 25 points while five runners finished in the top-10. King (Tenn.) (43) and Limestone (115) were second and third, respectively.
North Greenville's Ahmad Nesbitt concluded his solid fall by winning the individual title with a time of 24:57.10.
The Bobcats finished eighth overall.
