CULLOWHEE, N.C. - Hannah Henderson won the 3000m steeple chase
with a time of 12.11.59 at the Benyon Sports Catamount Classic at
Westen Carolina to lead the Lees-McRae College women's track and
field team to 16 top 25 finishes at the meet.
Henderson leads the Conference Carolinas in the steeple-chase
and was ten seconds off her leading pace of 12:01.25.
Senior Erin Tyler competed in a heptathlon for two-days then
return to join her team at the Catamount Classic. In her
heptathlon, Tyler finished 10th at the meet with 3,448 points,
which ranks her 28th in the NCAA.
