KERNERSVILLE, N.C. -- The Lees-McRae men's cross country program compiled a fifth-place finish as
Josh Brett led the Bobcats with a second-place individual finish at the 2025 Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships on Friday.

MEET:Â Conference Carolinas Men's Cross Country Championship
NOTABLES:
- Brett turned in a time of 25:46.6 and earned first-team honors in today's meet.
- Isaac Reyna followed in 11th place with a time of 26:08.86 and second-team honors. Domenic Bruzzo-Morello placed 27th with a time of 27:05.69.
- Declan Conner turned in a time of 28:12.80 and Conner Frizzell finished the 8K distance in a time of 28:44.32.
- Lees-McRae placed fifth as a team with 156 total points. UNC Pembroke took the team title with 42 points and UNCP's Edward Carney took the top spot with a time of 25:46.74.
