BANNER ELK, N.C. — Courtney Bednarz and
Madison Primeau tallied multi-goal games on Saturday, but Lees-McRae women's lacrosse fell to Emmanuel on Senior Day.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After Saturday's game, Saige Jones and Tori Meiss were honored as part of Senior Day festivities for both men's and women's lacrosse teams.
- Bednarz earned the first goal of the day for Lees-McRae at the 11:23 mark of the first quarter. Emmanuel ended the period on a three-goal run for the 3-1 lead.
- Bednarz recorded her second goal of the day in the second quarter, but the Bobcats trailed by nine at the halftime break.
- Taylor Murrell opened the scoring in the second half. Bednarz and Primeau collected three more goals in the second half.
- Bednarz registered a hat trick and one assist on Saturday. Primeau added two goals to her season totals and Murrell had one goal.
- Crystal Johnson earned four draw controls and Meiss had two caused turnovers. Kiyro Garcia and Li Cevallos tallied two ground balls.
- Meiss made six saves in goal Saturday and had eight ground balls.
