CLEVELAND, Ga. – Lees-McRae women's cycling started its 2026 Mountain Bike season this weekend at Truett McConnell in Cleveland, Georgia. The Bobcats collected multiple top five finishes over the weekend.
THE BASICS
RACE: Truett McConnell Kickoff
LOCATION: Cleveland, Georgia
NOTABLES:
- Anabel Miller started 2026 with a fourth-place finish in the Cross Country discipline and led four Bobcats in the top ten. Tatum Dalton, Abby Manson, and Errin MacKridge followed in sixth, seventh, and eighth.
- Luisa Silveira earned the top podium spot in the Women's 2/3 Cross Country discipline. Silveira also claimed the top spot on Sunday morning with first in the STXC Category 2/3.
- On Saturday, Aisley Gentry placed third individually and Olivia Young collected seventh in the Dual Slalom finals.
- Miller continued to lead Lees-McRae in the endurance racing with another fourth-place finish in the Short Track Cross Country discipline. Manson joined her in the top five with fifth place and MacKridge placed sixth. Dalton rounded out the Bobcats in the top ten with eighth place.
- Miller completed her weekend with fifth place in the Downhill finals.
