Men's Cross Country Starts Season at Queen City Invite

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Lees-McRae men's cross country team kicked off its 2026 season at the Queen City Invite, hosted by Queens University of Charlotte.

THE BASICS
RESULTS: 19th of 25 Teams
MEET: Queen City Invite

NOTABLES:

• Hylan Caouette led the Bobcats with a time of 27:52.3. Will Johnson followed with a time of 28:09.9.
• Jordan Cates came in with a time of 29:05.6 and Domenic Bruzzo-Morello followed with a time of 30:06.0.
• Declan Conner, Bryce Corpening, Lodrick Scott, and Eddison Bridges rounded out the Bobcats in tonight's Queen City Invite.
• N.C. Central's Aaron Alukunyang earned the top spot with a time of 24:08.0 and Charlotte earned the team title with 41 points.
