ATHENS, Ga. – The Lees-McRae women's golf team started its fall season at the 2nd Annual Golden Mane Classic, hosted by Emmanuel University, in Athens, Georgia.
THE BASICS
RACE: 2nd Annual Golden Mane Classic
LOCATION: Athens, Georgia
NOTABLES:
- Andi Helmly ended her two-day tournament tied for 31st and +50 for 54 holes. Laura Bell finished tied for 37th at +57.
- Cassidy Spratlin concluded the 54 holes at +58 and Laura Byrd finished +96 in the tournament. Ellie Rudd finished the final round +42 and 49th place in the tournament.
- UNC Pembroke took the team title at +99 and Belmont Abbey's Ella Wiklander earned first place at 11 over.
