2016-17 Season (Senior) - During her final season with the Bobcats, Powell competed in nine different meets...Her best finish of her senior season came at the conference's outdoor championships where she finished second in the shot put...Powell also finished in the top five at the Montreat Invitational and the LRU Southside Power & Fitness Invitational in the hammer throw and shot put, respectively...After her senor season, Powell earned a spot on the Presidential Honor Roll for the third time in four years. 

2015-16 Season (Junior) - Powell broke a pair of school records during her third season as a Bobcat...Powell first broke the indoor weight throw record with a throw of 13.15m at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships...Powell followed that up by breaking the school record in the discus throw at the Adidas Invitational...At the conclusion of her junior season, Powell was named to the All-Southeast Region team by the USTFCCCA...Powell also earned a spot on the conference's Presidential Honor Roll for the second time in her career. 

2014-15 Season (Sophomore) - In her second season with the Bobcats, Powell competed in 11 meets...As sophomore, Powell set new personal bests in both the hamer throw (36.82m) and the javelin throw (16.85m)...Powell saved her best performances for last as she notched a trio of top five finishes at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships...The Moyock, N.C. native finished third in both the shotput and discus throw and was fifth in the hammer throw. 

2013-14 Season (Freshman) - Powell appeared in 10 meets during her first season with the Bobcats...Powell set a new school record at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships in the shot put with a mark of 11.90m...Powell did win the shot put at the 2014 Lenoir-Rhyne PowerSox Inviational...After her freshman season, Powell was named to the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll.
