Biography

2019 Season (Freshman) - Ward raced four times during her freshman season in 2019...She made her collegiate debut on September 6 at teh Lenoir-Rhyne Cross Country Invitational...Her top 5k time came at the Royals Challenge in mid-October as she clocked in at 23:34.8...Following that race, Ward competed at the Conference Carolinas Championship where she ran a time of 30:30.4 in the 6k race.
