2019-20 Season (Sophomore) - Fuerst competed in seven events as a sophomore...Fuerst finished in the upper half of every event that he raced in...Came in first at the NCCX 2019 Race #5 in Boone, N.C....Logged seven top 10 finishes on the season...Competed in the downhill and dual slalom events at the USA Cycling Mountain Bike Collegiate Nationals...Placed 12th in dual slalom and 24th in the downhill.

2018-19 Season (Freshman) - Fuerst competed in five events during mountain bike season...Took fourth in the A dual slalom event, while also finishing ninth in the downhill event at King University (Tenn.) (Sept. 1-2)...Finished eighth in the A dual slalom event, while also taking ninth in the A downhill event at Brevard (Sept. 8-9)...Finished fourth in the A dual slalom event, while also finishing seventh in the A downhill event at the High Country Collegiate MTB Challenge (Sept. 22-23)...Posted an 11th-place finish in the A dual slalom, while finishing fifth in the A downhill event at Union College (Sept. 29-30)...Finished 17th in the dual slalom event, while finishing 31st in the downhill event at Collegiate MTB Nationals (Oct. 19-21)...For his work in the classroom, Fuerst was named to the Conference Carolinas Fall Presidential Honor Roll.
