2019 Season (Freshman) - Arendash ran in four meets during his freshman season in 2019...The freshman from Irmo, S.C. made his collegiate debut on September 6 at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational...His top time as a freshman occurred at the Queen City Invite on September 27 where he logged a time of 30:29.0 in the 8k race...Arendash closed out his freshman season by putting in a time of 31:09.3 at the Conference Carolinas Championship in an 8k race, which placed him 68th.
