2019-20 Season (Sophomore) - Lupo saw action in 10 meets for the Bobcats as a sophomore in 2019-20...Lupo achieved several personal-best times in different events during his sophomore season...Starting with the season-opening meet at King, Lupo set a new personal-best in the 100y free with a time of 48.22...Lupo followed that with another personal-best in a tri-meet at Barton and Chowan in the 100y breaststroke (1:07.26)...Lupo continued to improve by setting at least one personal-best time in five of the team's remaining eight meets...Lupo capped off his sophomore season by competing at the Conference Carolinas Swimming Championships...His top outings were in the 50y free and 100y back where he placed fifth and eighth, respectively. 

2018-19 Season (Freshman) - Lupo competed in nine meets during his freshman campaign in 2018-19...Set several personal-best swims at the Fall Frenzy meet in mid-November against a stellar field...Swam his fastest times in the 50 yard backstroke and 100 yard backstroke at the league meet in early February...Collected a pair of event victories as a freshman and both occurred in the 50 yard freestyle...The first was in his collegiate debut in a tri-meet against King and Milligan with the second occurring at Emory & Henry in mid-January.
