Addyson Morgan joined the Lees-McRae staff as an Athletics Coordinator for Operations in the Fall of 2026.

Morgan oversees game day operations and athletic facility management for all home events at Lees-McRae. She also ensures facilities are prepared, safe, and fully operational for practices, competitions, and special events. Addyson coordinates and supervises interns while delegating responsibilities, managing event-day logistics, and supporting the successful execution of athletic programs. 

Morgan spent the last four years on the women's volleyball team at Lees-McRae College where she gained valuable firsthand experience in collegiate athletics. She appeared in 127 matches from 2022-2025 and combined for 533 assists and 24 service aces. Off the court, Morgan completed a Sports Management internship with the Sports Information Director, Blake Smith, in game operations. This experienced provided Addyson hands-on-knowledge of event management, game operations, facility preparations, and the coordination required to successfully execute athletic events. In addition to her professional experience, Morgan was honored to be part of the 2024-2025 team that received the Community Service Award. In 2025-2026 academic year, Morgan was awarded the Conference Carolinas All Conference Student Support Team which recognizes her commitment to supporting the teams and athletic department. 

Addyson graduated in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with minors in Marketing and Athletic Coaching.
