A recent graduate of Lees-McRae, Lillian joined the coaching staff after spending two years as a member of the dance team. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, she trained at the Charlottesville Ballet Academy before continuing her dance career in college.

Her background includes ballet, pom, and even a bit of historic English country dancing (just for fun). She especially values the team’s involvement with the YMCA and the opportunity to share dance with the Avery County community. As a coach, she is excited to help strengthen the visibility and support of female athletes on campus and continue the development of the dance program here at Lees-McRae. 

Outside of the studio, she enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing in the High Country, usually with her dog, Rhodie, by her side.
