BANNER ELK, N.C. -- The Lees-McRae College Bobcats men's soccer
team remained No. 1 in the NCAA according to the NSCAA for the
third straight week after going 1-0-1 the previous week.
The Bobcats are the only team in the NCAA without a loss in the
2009 season with a 13-0-1 overall record.
The team tied at then No. 15 Anderson on October 20th and
defeated region rival Tusculum, 4-1, Saturday the 24th.
The Bobcats host North Georgia College and State University
Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in a region match. The team finishes the
regular season on the road against Pfeiffer October 31st at 3 p.m.
before they head into the Conference Carolinas Tournament.
