Flint Paces Women's Cross Country at Furman Classic

GREENVILLE, S.C. --- Freshman Alexandria Flint paced the Lees-McRae women's cross country team at the Furman XC Classic in Greenville, S.C. Saturday afternoon.

The men's team was unable to participate due to travel issues.

Flint (Blue Bell, Pa.) finished 42nd in the 6K with a time of 24:54.38, besting her closest competitor by .11.

Freshman Alexandria Calma (Trussville, Ala.) completed the course in 27:06.05 while Jennifer Warren (Piney Flats, Tenn.) used a time of 27:51.23.

Both Bobcat squads will participate in the Asheville XC Carnival Sept. 20 in Asheville, N.C.
