Game Recap: Men's Basketball |

Bobcats fall on the road to USC Aiken, 79-60

AIKEN, S.C. – The Lees-McRae College men's basketball team fell on the road to USC Aiken Saturday evening, 79-60. The loss moves LMC's record to 0-5 on the season.

Lepreece Lynch and Donte Falls led the way for the Bobcats Saturday as they both reached double figures in scoring. Lynch paced Lees-McRae with 13 points and added a team-high six rebounds. It marks the fourth time in five games Lynch has reached double figures. Falls, meanwhile, posted 10 points in 27 minutes of action. Falls is the only Bobcat to score at least 10 points in every game this season.

The main reason for the success of USC Aiken Saturday evening was its offensive efficiency. The Pacers connected on 48.1 percent of their field goal attempts, including a 41.7 percent clip from three-point range.

Lees-McRae will open its home schedule Tuesday when it hosts Johnson C. Smith at Williams Gymnasium. The game is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
