Women's Tennis Drops Bout at Limestone

GAFFNEY, S.C. --- The Lees-McRae women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Limestone in Conference Carolinas play Tuesday afternoon at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center in Gaffney, S.C.

The Saints climbed over .500 while improving to 6-5, 5-1 CC. The Bobcats fell to 2-8, 1-4.

The Bobcats' No. 1 & 3 doubles duos fell by identical 8-4 scores.

Junior Caroline Green (Columbia, Tenn.) gave Alexandra Boulbin a strong bout at No. 1 singles despite falling 7-6, 6-0.

LMC travels to Pfeiffer for a CC tilt Wednesday, March 30 at 2 p.m. in Misenheimer, N.C.
