HARTSVILLE, S.C. – In its final non-conference game of the regular season, the Lees-McRae College men's lacrosse team put together a hard fight at Coker College Saturday night. Despite the fight from the Bobcats, the Cobras came out on top in the contest, 13-10. The loss moves LMC's record to 2-5 on the 2018 campaign.

Fresh off a week where he was named the conference's player of the week and broke the school's all-time points record, junior attackman Alec Molander once again paced the Bobcats Saturday netting five of the team's 10 goals and added a pair of assists for seven points. Senior Tanner Jones was not far behind Molander netting four goals himself with an assist as well. Rounding out the goal scorers for LMC Saturday was Chris Lamay who found the back of the net in the lone shot he attempted in the contest.

Junior goalkeeper Cameron Castle stopped nine of the 22 shots he faced Saturday against the Cobras. Castle's record dips to 2-5 with the defeat.

LMC will close out its regular season next Saturday when it travels to Belmont Abbey. The first face-off between LMC and BAC is set for noon.
