CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The Lees-McRae College men's tennis team saw its three-match winning streak come to an end on Sunday as it fell to Lee University by a score of 5-2 in non-conference play. The Bobcats see their record move to 4-3 on the season with the setback.
Even with the loss, the Bobcats did see some success against the Flames on Sunday. In singles action, Patryk Garwacki and Matt Meluch won their tilts out of the No. 2 and No. 5 positions, respectively. Additionally, Meluch teamed with Fitzgerald Lomp to pick up a doubles victory for the Bobcats although the Flames ultimately picked up that doubles point by winning the other two matchups.

The Bobcats will return to action on Friday when they take on West Virginia Wesleyan in a neutral site match in Bristol, Tennessee. Start time for that match is set for 11 a.m.
