GREENVILLE, S.C. – Lees-McRae men's tennis Junior
Isaac Yang was named the Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Year, announced by the conference office on Wednesday. Yang also earned the accolade of the first team.
Yang, a Lima, Peru native, led the Bobcats with an overall record of 12-2 at No. 1 singles in 2026. Yang went 8-2 against conference opponents and won 11 matches in straight sets this season.
Yang and Lees-McRae men's tennis begin postseason play this afternoon in Sumter, South Carolina against No. 4 Young Harris. The first serve is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Palmetto Tennis Center.
