Mallory Roughton finished with a career-high 12 saves, the most by a Bobcat since Nov. 2, 2019, as the Lees-McRae women's soccer team tied visiting North Greenville, 0-0, in the Conference Carolinas match this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae sprinted out of the gates with three shots and three corner kicks in the first 12 minutes of action but had its best scoring chance in the 30th minute as Kennedy Freeman's shot was saved by a defender to hold the score at 0-0 at halftime.
- North Greenville tallied three shots and a corner kick in the first three minutes of the second half, with Roughton making timely saves to hold the score intact.
- Taylor Barrineau, Freeman, Ivy Cagno and Alexa Todd all had shots-on-goal in the second frame but saves by the Crusader goalkeeper sent the contest into an extra period.
- North Greenville had the only scoring chance of the first overtime, with a Roughton save moving the game into a second frame.
- The Bobcats were held without a shot in the final 10 minutes to preserve the tie.
- The Crusaders held a 24-13 edge in shots and a 12-7 advantage in shots-on-goal, while Lees-McRae posted a game-high five corner kicks.

- Lizzy Luzzi finished with six saves in net for the Crusaders.
