BANNER ELK, N.C. – Mount Olive scored 12 first-half goals and 19 total unanswered to clinch a 19-1 road victory over the host Bobcats in the Conference Carolinas action this evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
	- Shannan Korovich scored the lone Bobcats' goal off an assist by Haley Donovan.
- Mount Olive sprinted out of the gates with four goals in the first five minutes of action and scored 12 first-half goals to take a sizeable lead into the halftime whistle.
- The Trojans scored seven goals in the second half before the Bobcats were able to tack on their first goal as Korovich's ninth goal of the season.
- Mount Olive held a 29-5 advantage in shots on goal and won 12 of the 22 total draw controls.
- Abigail Brucks finished with 10 saves in net for the Bobcats.
FOR THE FOES:
	- Meaghan Michaud tallied three goals and three assists to pace the Trojans, while Kelly Young and Shaelyn Yermal also scored three goals.
- Three Mount Olive student-athletes shared time in net, with Jane Hobbs leading the way with two saves.
