DUE WEST, S.C. – Erskine scored a pair of first-half goals and outshot the visiting Bobcats 8-5 in shots-on-goal en route to claiming a 2-0 victory in the Conference Carolinas action this evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Eduardo Olavide and Fredrik Haave finished with three and two shots respectively to pace the Bobcats.
- Erskine opened the scoring early in the first half with an unassisted goal in the sixth minute.
- Lees-McRae had multiple scoring chances in the first stanza, but failed to break though as the Flying Fleet extended the lead to 2-0 at halftime.
- The Bobcats outshot Erskine 7-6 in the second half, including multiple scoring chances by Olavide, Haave, and Luis Jimenez, but were curtailed as the Flying Fleet clinched the conference win.
- Anton Sundstrom finished with six saves in net for Lees-McRae.
FOR THE FOES:
- Albert Portas and Tobias Rawson both scored for Erskine, while Evan Zizek finished with five saves in net for the Flying Fleet.

The Bobcats return to action next Sunday with a road-trip to Belmont to compete against Belmont Abbey at 7 p.m.
