CENTRAL, S.C. – The Lees-McRae men's tennis team won two double matches and two singles matches, but it was not enough as host Southern Wesleyan claimed the other four singles matches en route to clinching a 4-3 victory in the Conference Carolinas match this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The doubles team of Hanqing Wang and Sam Jones clinched a 6-1 win in the #2 doubles match, while the duo of Andy Tallafigo and Ezequiel Arce won the #3 doubles match by default.
- Arce also claimed a victory in the #5 singles match by opponent retirement after winning the first set with a 6-4 score.
- Andy Tallafigo clinched a win in the #6 singles match by default.
