WILSON, N.C. – Lees-McRae men's tennis dropped a 4-3 decision on the road at Barton this afternoon in Conference Carolinas play.
Max Borisov,
Facundo Perlov, and
Martin Hlavacek earned victories at their respective singles positions for the Bobcats.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Barton picked up the doubles point with a sweep of the doubles matches to start the day.
- The Bulldogs earned the second point of the day with 6-0, 6-0 victory at court number six, but Borisov got the Bobcats on the board with a 6-2, 6-1 win at the No. 1 singles.
- Hlavacek and Perlov earned three-set victories at No. 2 and No. 3 singles with Perlov earning the match in a third-set tiebreaker.
- Ezequiel Arce bounced back in the second set to force a third set, but Barton's Guillem Busquets Brau earned the fourth point in the match for the Bulldogs with the 6-2 set win.
UP NEXT:
Lees-McRae returns to the courts tomorrow afternoon in Murfreesboro for a match with Chowan. The first serve is slated for a 3 p.m. start.
