BRISTOL, TENN. – Lees-McRae men's tennis collected their third Conference Carolinas victory of the season with the 5-1 win at King on Tuesday. The Bobcats also added one point to the 2022-23 edition of the "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup".

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae used victories at No. 1 and 3 doubles positions to pick up the first point of the match against King. Max Borisov and Martin Hlavacek tallied the 6-2 victory at No. 1 doubles and Avneet Sing and Andy Tallafigo picked up the 6-2 win on court no. 3.
- Borisov powered past his opponent at the No. 1 singles position in straight sets, 6-2, 6-0 for his eight consecutive victory in the spring season.
- Ezequiel Arce joined Borisov in the win column with the 7-5, 6-1 decision at No. 3 singles and Landon Church earned the 7-5, 6-4 victory for the Bobcats at No. 4 singles.
- Cole Gibson closed the match with a 8-0 win at No. 6 singles for the Bobcats.
- Hlavacek went to three sets with King's Rhys Halcrow after Halcrow forced a third set and took the match with the 6-3 victory in the final set.
