HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bulldogs opened the match with the doubles point after sweeping the three doubles positions. Ezequiel Arce and Andy Tallafigo narrowly fell at the No. 2 position with a 7-5 loss.
- Tallafigo earned the first set at No. 4 singles at 6-2, but The Citadel's Noah Van Dyke rallied for a three-set win on the day.
