Andrew Kunaka collected singles victories, but Lees-McRae men's tennis fell to Converse, 5-2, on Thursday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Kunaka and Andy Tallafigo moved their win streak to five matches at No. 2 doubles with a 6-3 win over Converse's Cameron Davies and Stanley Waters. The Valkyries earned the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and 3 doubles.
- Max Borisov dispatched Waters in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2 at No. 1 singles for the first point of the day for the Bobcats.
- Kunaka also collected a win at No. 2 singles in three sets, 5-7, 6-3, 11-9 over Converse's Takuma Furumaki.
- Ezequiel Arce earned the first set, 6-1, at No. 3 singles, but fell in three sets, 6-1, 1-6, 2-6 to Marty Letessier.
