Brooke Allen scored the lone goal in the 1-0 win for Lees-McRae women's soccer at Chowan on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae was awarded a penalty kick in the 19th minute and Allen converted the penalty for the 1-0 advantage. The Bobcats led 1-0 after the first half.
- Allen had another opportunity in the 53rd minute, but Chowan's Kylee Smith made the save.
- Chowan's Lily Harrison had a shot on goal with nine seconds remaining, but Laura Walker held on for the shutout with the save.
- Walker made three saves on the day. Ezra Carpenter and Aubrey Tansey had two shots on goal. Allen collected four shots on target for the Bobcats.
