Jonas Bartelt tallied two goals 10 minutes apart as Lees-McRae men's soccer earned the 2-0 Conference Carolinas win over King on Tate Field this evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Bartelt gave the Bobcats the one-goal advantage with a rocket outside the 18-yard box in the 12th minute off an assist from Owen Smith.
- Bartelt collected his second goal of the evening in the 22nd minute with a goal outside the 18-yard box again and was assisted by Adam Condron.
- Luke Creed had a shot on goal in the 59th minute and Bartelt almost had a hat trick off a bicycle kick in the 78th minute, but King's Gavin Roux made the save.
- Lees-McRae recorded a point towards the 2025-26 standings of the "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup" with tonight's 2-0 win.
- Sean Green collected the shutout and faced zero shots on the day.
