BOONE, N.C. -- Megan Knapp set the school record in the 6K distance at yesterday's Firetower Project Run, hosted by App State. Knapp led the Lees-McRae women's cross country to 19th place individually.

NOTABLES:
- Knapp stopped the time at 22:16.6 for a new school record in the 6K distance.
- Campbell Dille had a time of 23:38.2 and Ari Redies stopped the time in 25:04.0
- Kaylee Kraver finished with a time of 25:41.7 and Isabella Kiger stopped the clock at 25:49.9. Rebecca Kleiber and Saige Jones rounded out the Bobcats with a time of 25:52.2 and 31:16.8.
- Lees-McRae finished yesterday in 10th place overall. William & Mary took first overall and Perry Irons of William & Mary picked up first place with a time of 20:49.2.
