Cedric Patterson led the Lees-McRae men's basketball team to a second-half surge in tonight's 73-70 win over Livingstone. Patterson had a career-high 26 points this evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Isajah Deburgo knocked down a jumper in the first 15 seconds of the contest for the two-point lead for the Bobcats. Livingstone took the lead at 19-18 off a fastbreak layup and built a ten-point lead with 7:01 to play in the first half.
- The Bobcats cut the deficit to five at the end of the first half after three free-throw makes from Patterson.
- Lees-McRae knotted the contest at 49 apiece with 12:04 left in the second half after back-to-back free throws from Daniel Agu. Agu gave the Bobcats the two-point lead with two more free throws at the 10:48 mark.
- Patterson hit a critical three-pointer with 4:14 left regulation for the 66-65 lead. The Blue Bears regained the lead with a jumper from Kenneth Tyree the following possession.
- Lees-McRae pushed its lead to four points off two more made free throws and held off Livingstone in the final moments for the 73-70 win.
- Patterson went 12-13 from the charity stripe and added six rebounds, three assists, and two steals in the start. Agu followed with 14 points and eight boards in the game. Justin Bramao and Chase McDuffie recorded eight points apiece for Lees-McRae.
- The Bobcats went 24-28 from the free-throw line and scored 17 points off 15 Livingstone turnovers.
