Austin Beaird nearly had a double-double with 13 kills and nine digs in tonight's 3-0 loss for Lees-McRae men's volleyball at Barton in Conference Carolinas play.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Beaird finished the match with 13 kills on a .393 hitting percentage and added nine digs. Abdirahman Ahmed made his season debut for the Bobcats with six kills and three digs in two sets played.
- Thiago Da Silva distributed 22 assists in three sets played and Ben Ratliff-Becher collected seven digs at the libero position.
- Barton had a .294 hitting percentage as a team and Lawson Hink led the Bulldogs with 12 kills on a .375 hitting percentage. Seth Deppe tallied 27 assists in three sets for Barton.
