HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Patriots gained a seven-point advantage off a 7-0 run and led 22-12 at the end of the first quarter. Francis Marion added to its lead in the second quarter and held the 11-point advantage into the halftime break.
- Francis Marion took the final by a score of 97-70 as the Patriots went 40-78 (51.3%) from the field.
- Mason had a team-high 16 points on 6-9 shooting and 3-4 from three-point range. Tillery and Watt collected 13 points apiece in the game. Hairston rounded out the Bobcats in double figures with 11 points, nine rebounds, and two assists.
- Seven Patriots tallied double-digit points as Kiana Lee scored a game-high 17 points and five assists in the game. Trinity Adams had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Patriots.
