BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae men's tennis earned the 6-1 victory over Montreat on Tuesday afternoon on the C.D. Chesley Tennis Courts.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae swept the doubles matches and collected the first point of the match. Ezequiel Arce and Isaac Yang won 6-1 at No. 1 doubles. Andrew Kunaka and Marco Laguna followed suit with a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles. Max Borisov and Tenzin Dorji delivered a 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles.
- Borisov earned the 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles and Yang followed at No. 2 singles with a 6-1, 6-0 win.
- Kunaka picked up the victory at No. 4 singles with a 7-6 (3), 6-3 win, and Arce followed closely behind with a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles.
- Tallafigo closed the dual match with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 6 singles for the Bobcats.
