BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae women's lacrosse scored the most goals in program history with 26 this evening in the Bobcats' 26-16 win over Montreat.
Genesis Lutsky notched the second-most goals in program history with 11 on Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae took the 2-1 lead after goals from Lutsky and Hailey Smith with 12:42 left in the first quarter. Lutsky tallied her second marker of the day with a goal at the 10:11 mark of the first period and the Bobcats led 6-4 at the end of the first 15 minutes.
- The Bobcats tallied 10 more goals in the second quarter and led 16-8 at the halftime break.
- Anna Stutts collected the 20th goal of the evening with 2:36 left in the third quarter. Lutsky scored twice more in the final quarter 17:10 of the game. Smith gave the Bobcats their final goal of the game with 4:19 in the fourth quarter.
- Jessica LaFlamme and Stutts joined Lutsky and Smith with multiple goals on the evening with four and two goals, respectively. Smith recorded six goals and one assist in the contest. Kaitlyn Clark, Faith Duff, and Mary Palmer registered one goal apiece for the Bobcats.
- Smith led Lees-McRae in draws with 11. LaFlamme and Lutsky followed with eight draws apiece.
- Tori Meiss made six saves in goal for Lees-McRae and Kaylee Messick tallied three saves in the final quarter.
- Grace Wiegand led the Cavaliers with eight goals and two assists in the contest. Marley Smith contributed seven goals in the game.
