BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae College Head Men's Basketball Coach
Desean Motley has announced the 2025-26 men's basketball schedule for the upcoming season. The Bobcats will play in 28 regular season games and host 13 opponents on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court.
Lees-McRae kicks off the season in the regional crossover games on November 15 with UVA Wise and then play Carson-Newman in Jefferson City, Tennessee on November 16. The Bobcats open their home slate with Greensboro on November 18 and then host Bluefield on November 20. Lees-McRae ends November against Conference Carolinas opponents Chowan on November 22 and North Greenville on November 25.
In December, Lees-McRae faces non-conference Livingstone on December 2 and welcomes King (December 6) and Southern Wesleyan (December 13) to the McNair & Debi Tornow Court. The Bobcats head to Florida to face Barry and Florida Southern on December 19 and 20.
Lees-McRae returns for 2026 and hosts Francis Marion on January 3 and Converse on January 7. The Bobcats travel to Wilson, North Carolina to face Barton on January 10 and Bristol, Tennessee on January 13 to face King. The Bobcats conclude January with Mount Olive (January 17), Erskine (January 19), UNC Pembroke (January 24), Ferrum (January 27), and Shorter (January 31).
In the final month of the regular season, the Bobcats face North Greenville (February 4) and Young Harris (February 7) in league contests. The final two weeks of the regular season Lees-McRae plasy Emmanuel (February 14), Erskine (February 18), Converse (February 21), and Belmont Abbey (February 25).
The 2025 Conference Carolinas Men's Basketball Championship will begin on March 1 at host sites and then return to Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium in Spartanburg, South Carolina on March 6.
