MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – Lees-McRae men's volleyball fell to Barry in three sets on Friday in the Bobcats' first game of the three-match road trip in Florida.
THE BASICS
FINAL SCORE: Barry def. Lees-McRae, 3-0 (27-25, 25-20, 25-17)
LOCATION: Health & Sports Center – Miami Shores, Florida
RECORDS: Barry (2-2); Lees-McRae (1-3)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae battled back in the first set after facing four set points starting at 24-21. The Bobcats evened the match with a kill from Jadon Ciriacks at 24-24. Barry took the opening set at 27-25.
- Barry then earned the final two sets for the 3-0 win on its home court on Friday evening.
- Davide Nicolini had a team-high eight kills for the Bobcats and added five digs in the match. Ciriacks followed with seven kills, five digs, and four blocks.
- Abdirahman Ahmed had 16 assists in three assists and Thiago Da Silva recorded six assists in two sets for the Bobcats.
