YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – Lees-McRae women's basketball fell to Young Harris, 69-59, in Conference Carolinas play on Saturday afternoon.
Braelyn Stilwell led the Bobcats with 15 points off the bench.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Young Harris jumped to an early 8-3 advantage and led by 10 points at the end of the first quarter.
- Young Harris added to its double-digit lead in the second quarter, but Lees-McRae cut the deficit to eight points off a free throw made by Nadiya Hairston. The Mountain Lions led 37-26 at the end of the first half.
- The Mountain Lions moved the margin to 19 points in the second half and secured the 69-59 win over Lees-McRae this afternoon.
- Stilwell and Hairston led the Bobcats with 15 and 14 points, respectively. Camryn Lee chipped nine points and four rebounds.
