WILSON, N.C. – Lees-McRae men's volleyball rallied after trailing by two sets in tonight's contest, but the Bobcats fell in the fifth set to Barton in Conference Carolinas play.

FINAL SCORE: Barton def. Lees-McRae, 3-2 (25-20, 25-18, 22-25, 22-25, 15-8)

RECORDS: Barton (9-12/4-5); Lees-McRae (10-12/5-5)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After dropping the first two sets by scores of 25-20 and 25-18, Lees-McRae bounced back and forced a fifth and final set in this evening's match at Barton. The Bulldogs collected the fifth set at 15-8.
- Lees-McRae earned the fourth set with four consecutive points at 22-21 and moved the match to a fifth set with a kill from Jadon Ciriacks at 25-22.
- Ciriacks had a team-high 10 kills and added five digs in the match. Davide Nicolini followed with nine kills, 11 digs, and three service aces. Ben Fincham tallied eight kills and 14 digs.
- Abdirahman Ahmed distributed 34 assists in five sets and recorded 10 digs. Ben Ratliff-Becher recorded 10 digs from the libero position.
