LYNCHBURG, Va. — The Lees-McRae women's lacrosse team registered an 18-4 win over Randolph on Wednesday evening.
Courtney Bednarz tallied five goals and four points to lead the Bobcats in tonight's win.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae jumped out to an early 5-0 lead after three goals from Taylor Murrell and two goals from Madison Primeau. The Bobcats moved the lead to 8-1 with 14:15 remaining in the second quarter.
- After a lengthy weather delay, the Bobcats continued scoring with four consecutive goals from Bednarz in the final six minutes of the first half.
- In the second half, Lees-McRae tallied five more goals and earned the 18-4 win at Randolph this evening.
- Primeau had a match-high six goals for the Bobcats. Bednarz and Murrell followed with five goals apiece. Crystal Johnson and Bailee Lizza had one goal each in the contest.
- Tori Meiss made four saves in goal for the Bobcats and collected the win.
